Ensure the growth, satisfaction, and long-term success of SMBs selling with Addi. The primary focus of this role is on building and maintaining the necessary infrastructure to be able to have strong relationships and channels of communication with more than 20.000 SMBs. The team must be able to serve efficiently different businesses based on their needs and growth opportunities. This person is also in charge of deeply understanding the needs and challenges of SMBs, so the team can suggest innovative ideas to meet those needs and help these businesses grow and succeed.

Responsabilidades
NPS: Achieve a NPS above 85 on a month to month basis. Churn: Responsible for having all active SMBs originate at least three times on a monthly basis Untapped Opportunities: Identify and propose new opportunities to expand our business into the SMBs segment. Develop go to market strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Divide & Conquer: Understand the different type of SMBs that compose our portfolio to build different segments or needs that can be better served. Communication Strategy: Communication to more than 20.000 SMBs can’t be based on a reactive strategy. Build a proper outreach strategy playbook understanding what works and what doesn’t and the adequate communications to be send, to whom, and when. Team Performance: Build and lead a high-performing and strategic team composed of highly skilled and experienced professionals in each position who are capable of consistently delivering on their KPIs. Ensure that the team has all the necessary tools and training to consistently exceed expectations.
