As the Leader of Cárbula strategy and the financial structure, my role involves generating new revenue streams, transforming the business model into a scalable and independent model that allows the evolution notwithstanding the exogenous variables that affect the business vertical. I am also in charge of: - Economics dashboard reporting to C-Level & Investors. - Cash-flow review and ownership process. - Valuation process for fundraising rounds. - Overall accountability of the company, including operational expenses, payroll, bank accounts, cash flow and the leadership of local subsidiaries accounting and financial duties.
