I lead the area and the qualitative team in charge, oriented to the development of market studies, mainly in the banking category. I coordinated, supervised and moderated different qualitative methodologies. I carried out analysis and presentation of results to different clients.
I designed and implemented the Market Research area in the company. Provide strategic advice to the Marketing and Commercial team in making decisions for the categories notebooks, backpacks, art and toys.
