Truora is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of KYC projects for our enterprise clients. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on project management expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsabilidades
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, particularly when dealing with high-value and critical projects. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating closely with our sales team, assisting in defining use cases, creating execution timelines, and determining the necessary resources. You will be involved from the early stages to thoroughly understand the project's context. Your role involves effective management, organization, and coordination of various aspects of the project. You will work in tandem with our team members and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the project's success. Your involvement will extend all the way to the project's deployment, providing strong support to our sales team to facilitate project closure and seamless integration with the client's operations. Furthermore, if the same client initiates another project in the future, you will re-engage as the Project Manager. Your expertise and experience in customer relationships and project management will be instrumental in achieving our goals. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer relationships and project management, as this is crucial for success in this role.
