What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Payins team, who will ensure our operations run smoothly and all processes are efficient and effective, and that we have the best local integrations we are capable of. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

Formulating business strategies in terms of Structures, Costs, and Business capabilities for each of the countries we operate
Implementing efficient processes and looking for new opportunities
Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
Managing relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirers
Evaluating risk and leading quality assurance efforts
Analyzing performance results and optimizing accordingly
Understanding Dlocal operations in order to detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking
Working closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (audit, back office, etc)
