Lead the strategy and design of Colombia’s People Strategy by connecting them to our culture, our multidisciplinary teams and leveraging technology and analytics Leverage industry experience and creative and innovative strategic thinking to maximize HRBP impact on Colombia’s business areas and job functions allowing to find, keep and grow our local Nubankers Be Nubank's culture flag bearer by creating a flawless employee life cycle experience to enchant our internal clients while keeping the Nubank spirit and the local individuality alive Responsible for leading and managing the entire employee lifecycle, and the development of new people-related systems, processes, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals and strategic objectives with the business moment in mind Foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, efficiency and productivity, and high quality work Establish scalable solutions empowering our leaders to be better managers and develop programs that prepare high-potential employees for their roles Manage the development and pace of people management and development research to ensure our practices are effective in all company areas, seniority levels, and regions Collaborate to build a data-driven People & Culture organization and drive strategic goals and all aspects of the People function including recruiting, diversity, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, workforce and succession planning, compliance, and culture initiatives Ensure market competitiveness by developing and managing company programs and external trends monitoring in order to proactively and predictively adjust company goals and vision Manage and grow the Colombian People and Culture team as we scale, providing ongoing mentorship and support Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and senior leadership team, developing strong, collaborative working relationships across all levels of the organization Regularly meet with team leaders and people managers to understand the business goals and ongoing initiatives, providing insight, flexible and innovative solutions to their challenges, as well as best practices to help drive performance and sustainable growth
